The small storage device that we use looks like a tiny one but involves a hell of processes for its manufacturing. In fact, as the saying goes, great things come in small packages, these USB memory sticks undergo many changes and modifications before they are sold. The first thing a manufacturer does is purchase a grade A memory chip. They generally do not opt for cheap memory sticks, so you need not worry about it. These chips are then sent for a quality check and then all the minute data like the presentation files and other supporting software is loaded into it. After this, the entire set up is sent for another quality check and the rough structure of these USB memory sticks is made up. Then all these are packed and sent off to the factory where the memory stick’s outer cover is made. The colors, logos, materials and other combinations are generally decided by the clients and the manufacturers just follow it. The physical sample is just checked before they pack it up and the last minute changes are made. Then again, the USB memory sticks undergo another quality check and then they are equipped with key chains or lanyards as per the requirement and then are packed in to small bubble bags. After a long series of the making of USB memory sticks, they are ready to be used.
